Kingston Elementary

Kingston Elementary students were just about to start their day when we walked in the gym. The students were kept in the gym a little longer than usual, and I’m sure they couldn’t wait to get to class.

Elk’s Lodge

The Elk’s Lodge holds a poster contest every year to bring awareness to being drug free. They have been wonderful partners in our efforts to educate students! It wasn’t long after we walked in that Nathan had the students shouting “Good Morning!” as loud as possible.

First Place

The Elk’s Lodge picks the 1st place winner, and the RCADC picks the 2nd Place winner. We had several entries this year, but as you know there can only be one 1st place. So this year the honor the of 1st place prize went to Lucas Hinds.

Second Place

We found our 2nd place winner in the crowd of kids just anxiously waiting to get to class. Journey Heaton slowly made her way to the front after her name was called. Coincidentally Journey was our second place winner last year. Hang in there Journey, 1st place is within reach!

The End

The kids were finally released to class. They seemed to move quickly through the halls in the hopes they hadn’t missed too much classroom time.

We’re honored to partner with so many different organizations, schools, and local businesses.

Until next time….stay drug free, it’s the only way to be.
